Easterseals wished to elevate their Boston gala in order to further facilitate awareness for their cause & generate more funds to continue their mission. The project started with sourcing the perfect location. With diligence and determination, Anthem led the venue search, research, and negotiation. Eventually, the group ended up with a room in the Financial District that featured a breathtaking view of the city.
Once the venue was finalized, Anthem continued to consult Easterseals on site layout, timeline, budgeting, hospitality, auction items, décor, and creative. Anthem Production’s full service offerings came together to create a well-executed and elegant gala. Additionally, Anthem was an important factor in the event’s execution: providing front & back of house personnel, transportation, event infrastructure, and even auction donations.
