Anthem’s Award-Winning Jobs and Youth Programs

It seems like yesterday that The Anthem Group and its President, Chris Sinclair, were awarded the Director’s Leadership Award from, now former, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director Robert S. Mueller III. It was three years ago – but fast forward to today and the same initiatives that the Bureau, law enforcement in general and several local and national leaders recognized continues to expand.

This prestigious award is presented annually by the FBI on behalf of the Director. The FBI created the award in 1990 as a way to honor individuals and organizations for their efforts in combating crime, terrorism, and drugs and engaging the community in the areas of education and prevention.

Anthem continues its efforts across many of these areas through its youth outreach programs and its three tier jobs program. Through the inner-city youth jobs program, substance abuse recovery program, and the workforce re-entry program, Anthem provides employment and job training to at-risk youth, individuals in recovery, and adults transitioning from homelessness back into the workforce.

Anthem will be adding additional programs and events for teens and pre-teens in 2018.
